Stocklore gives Canadian small businesses real inventory control, multi-level manufacturing, invoicing, and CRA-ready tax — without enterprise pricing or a six-week implementation.
Free during open beta · No credit card · Canadian-owned
Set up in an afternoon
Self-serve from day one: seed a demo company, import your products from a spreadsheet, and send your first invoice the same day. No sales calls, no implementation fees.
Built for Canadian business
GST, HST, and PST are first-class citizens — agencies, rates, and tax modes ready out of the box. Built by a small Canadian team, for Canadian product businesses.
More than inventory
Track stock, build assemblies, buy from vendors, and invoice customers in one place — with every stock movement recorded in an auditable ledger.
Product tour
One tool for the whole loop
Track it. Make it. Buy it. Sell it. Every piece talks to the same ledger, so nothing falls between systems.
Know exactly what you have — and where
Every quantity in Stocklore is backed by an append-only movement ledger, so the number on screen is one you can actually trust.
- Full movement history behind every product
- Stock by location, with two-sided transfers
- Reorder points with instant low-stock alerts
Manufacturing depth without the MRP price tag
Multi-level BOMs, nested build orders, and automatic component consumption — the depth rivals gate behind $300+/month tiers.
- BOMs and sub-assemblies nested up to 6 levels
- Build orders created automatically from a confirmed sale
- Components consumed bottom-up on completion
Purchasing that keeps stock honest
Purchase orders mirror your sales flow, and receiving writes straight to the ledger — no side spreadsheets.
- POs with delivery and payment tracking
- Multiple vendors per product
- Receiving posts stock the moment it lands
From draft to paid, CRA-ready
Invoices with a real draft → confirmed workflow and Canadian tax built in — GST, HST, and PST as first-class citizens.
- Draft → confirmed invoice workflow
- GST/HST/PST + inclusive, exclusive, or non-taxable modes
- Professional PDF export
Run the whole team on it
Roles are enforced on the server for every single route — not just hidden buttons — and your data moves in and out freely.
- Admin / edit / view roles, enforced server-side
- CSV & Excel import, PDF & Excel export
- Multiple organizations, realtime notifications
The manufacturing wedge
Assemblies inside assemblies
Most tools at this weight class stop at single-level kits. Stocklore builds the whole tree: confirm a sale for a finished product and it creates the manufacturing orders for every sub-assembly underneath, consumes components bottom-up, and records every movement in the stock ledger.
That's the kind of depth others reserve for their upper tiers — here it's just how the product works.
One confirmed sale becomes
- Manufacturing order — Garden Bench × 10
- Sub-order — Seat assembly × 10
- Consumes: Oak slats × 40
- Consumes: Wood finish × 2 L
- Sub-order — Frame assembly × 10
- Consumes: Steel legs × 20
- Consumes: Bolts M8 × 80
-
Sub-assemblies nest up to 6 levels deep. Completion consumes components bottom-up and yields the finished good — every leg on the ledger.

The next chapter
In developmentStocklore is becoming an agent-first platform
In development and shipping in phases: an assistant that runs your back office from plain language — with you approving every action before it happens.
Illustrative — the assistant is in development, not live yet.
-
You approve everything
Nothing executes on its own. The assistant drafts invoices, orders, and emails — you review the exact result and approve it before anything happens.
-
Your permissions, enforced
It acts as you, bounded by your role — admin, edit, or view. The server stays the authority; the assistant never gets a back door.
-
Any model, minimal cost
Provider-agnostic by design: AI providers are swappable by configuration, with usage metered per organization so costs stay predictable.
Shipping in phases: answers about your own data → drafted documents with approval → outbound email → more channels.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What makes Stocklore different from other inventory software?
Most tools at our price point stop at single-level kits — Stocklore does real manufacturing: multi-level bills of materials, nested build orders, and automatic component consumption, alongside ledger-backed inventory, purchasing, and CRA-ready invoicing. And it's self-serve: no sales calls, no implementation projects, no per-module upsells. You can be working with your own data the same hour you sign up.
Is there an AI assistant?
It's in development — and it's where Stocklore is headed as an agent-first platform. The Stocklore assistant will let you run your back office in plain language — "draft an invoice for Andrea's Flowers and email her the PDF" — while you approve every action before it happens. It works within your role and permissions, and ships in phases, starting with answers about your own data. Follow progress on the updates & roadmap page.
How much does it cost?
Stocklore is in open beta and completely free right now. When we launch paid plans, pricing will be transparent and set for small businesses — we'll announce it before the beta ends. In return, we just ask beta users to tell us about bugs and what they'd like built next.
How do I get started?
Click Get started, create a free account, and you're in. You can seed a demo company with realistic data to explore, or import your own products and contacts from CSV or Excel and start invoicing right away.
Does Stocklore work on mobile?
Stocklore runs in any modern browser. The app is optimized for desktop and laptop screens today — that's where inventory work mostly happens — and a dedicated mobile experience is on the roadmap.
How is my data handled? What about privacy?
We collect your email address to create your account and a cookie to keep you signed in — that's it. We don't sell data to third parties, and your business data belongs to you. Stocklore is built and operated by a Canadian team.
Can I see what's new, or request a feature?
Yes — the updates & roadmap page lists what's new each month and what's planned ahead. If something you need is missing, tell us at [email protected]; requests from beta users genuinely shape the plan.
